For upper-and-lower magnetic strips, check the system, strip orientation and alignment before trying again. Reset one eye at a time; adding glue or magnetic eyeliner is not the fix for this kit.

Check which magnetic system you have
Magnetic lashes are not all interchangeable. A magnetic-eyeliner system attaches a lash to a compatible liner. The Prep Store’s Magnetic Lash Kit instead uses an upper strip and a lower strip that connect around your natural lashes. Its shaped applicator helps bring those two pieces together.
If you are following a tutorial that starts with applying magnetic eyeliner, it is demonstrating a different system. Start with our application guide without eyeliner and the instructions included with your kit.
If the strips connect before they are in position
Separate the strips gently by their bands, then reload them on the corresponding applicator surfaces. Check that each piece faces the correct way and sits neatly rather than twisting on the tool. Align the loaded applicator around your natural lashes before closing it gently.
Trying to adjust both eyes at once makes it harder to see what changed. Finish and check one eye, then repeat. Good lighting and a steady mirror are more useful than trying to match a fast demonstration.
If a corner looks uneven
Remove and reset the strip rather than pressing harder or adding adhesive. Check for a twisted band, misplaced upper or lower strip, or a piece that is not seated correctly on the applicator. Compare the orientation with the supplied illustration before trying again.
Do not cut through, bend or reposition the magnets to force a fit. If the band or magnetic pieces look damaged, set that piece aside and contact us. Your matching spare is a backup in the same style.
If placement feels uncomfortable
Take the lashes off and inspect the position. The applicator must stay away from the eye surface and should not catch eyelid skin. Do not keep squeezing or wear a placement that feels wrong. Stop using the kit if you experience irritation or discomfort.
These lashes are a removable cosmetic accessory. Do not apply them over existing lash extensions. Follow the specific directions supplied with the product rather than advice meant for glued clusters.
What to send us if you need help
Use our contact page with your order number, chosen style and a short description of the step that is difficult. For example: “The upper strip moves on the applicator before I close it” is more useful than “They do not work.” If a piece arrived damaged or incorrect, describe that separately so we can help with the order.
Once your placement is sorted, store the lashes dry in their compact. Our care guide explains handling and condition checks between uses.
