Not happy with your kit? Contact The Prep Store within 30 days of delivery with your order number to request a refund under our money-back guarantee. The guarantee covers sale-price kits too.

Use our Contact page. We will explain the return process and provide a return address if a return is needed. Please contact us before posting anything back. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can help. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to our money-back guarantee and are not limited to 30 days.
